You need a valid driver's license (local or international), one (1) government-issued ID, and proof of accommodation in Cebu. For self-drive rentals, a credit card or security deposit is required.
No. Our rates do not include insurance. The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the vehicle during the rental period. We recommend arranging your own coverage before pickup.
We operate on a full-to-full policy. The vehicle is given to you with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. If returned with less fuel, a refuel fee plus a service charge applies.
Yes! We offer free delivery and pickup at Mactan-Cebu International Airport and to any hotel within Metro Cebu. Just let us know your flight details when booking.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup are free. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 25% charge. No-shows are charged the full first day rate.
Absolutely. We offer both self-drive and chauffeur-driven rentals. Chauffeur service is a flat add-on per day and includes a professional driver who knows Cebu well.
We accept cash, bank transfer, GCash, and major credit cards. A partial or full deposit may be required to secure your booking depending on the rental duration.
Within Cebu island, yes — including road trips to Moalboal, Oslob, and other destinations. For inter-island travel (via ferry), please inform us in advance for special arrangements.
Message us on Messenger and we'll coordinate roadside assistance. For mechanical issues that aren't your fault, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement vehicle.
