Online, the reservation fee that holds your vehicle is paid on a secure PayMongo checkout page, using QR Ph, an e-wallet, or online banking. The checkout page shows every method open to you at the time you pay, and QR Ph on its own scans from any InstaPay bank or e-wallet app, GCash included. PayMongo adds its processing fee for the method you pick on top, and shows it before you confirm. The fee you pay is credited toward your rental, and the balance is settled with us in person on the day, by cash, bank transfer or GCash.
Reservation fees are non-refundable if you cancel. If your plans change, message us as early as you can and we will tell you what your options are — moving your dates is usually possible. No-shows are charged the full first day rate.
